Adult and Senior Care

We cater to our adult and senior community to help keep them safe, comfortable and independent in their home. Our nursing team will meet with you to help determine which services are right for you and create a custom in-home care plan to fit your needs. For some, nursing services may only be required for a season, during recovery from surgery or to learn how to manage an ongoing illness; for others, it may be necessary to schedule on-going, daily nursing services, to ensure patient safety and support.

Our Physical/Occupational Therapy

Our team will collaborate with patients to design a personal treatment plan to ensure optimal outcomes. This offers cost effective treatment that will improve mobility, relieve pain, reduce the need for surgery and/or medications and allows patients to participate in their recovery at home.

Swallowing Program

VitalStim Therapy is a safe and effective, FDA-approved treatment for patients with swallowing disorders. The goals of this program are to strengthen and re-educate the muscles in the throat and improve motor control of the swallowing mechanism. Research shows this method has a greater success in regaining normal swallow as opposed to traditional methods of exercise and diet modification alone. Our Swallowing Program Therapist is certified.

Speech Therapy

Our Speech Therapy team specializes in the evaluation and treatment of adults with aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia and cognitive impairments and dysphagia.
